Top 10 Drugstore Face Washes

First off, I'm all about some high quality medical grade skincare. For me ( a person who used to struggle with cystic acne and regular breakouts for years) using medical grade skincare and clean makeup - Jane Iredale - has completely transformed my skin. I occasionally will still have a random zit pop up, but I haven't had a cystic breakout in years and rarely have breakouts now, which for anyone who struggles with acne dreams of that (at least I did). I was the person who would dread my monthly cycle, not because of the cramping/moodiness but because I knew my face would erupt in breakouts and I would spend the next few weeks caking on make-up to cover the bumps/redness and nurturing my skin back to neutral just for everything to happen again the next month.

I say all of this because many over the counter products are full of "fillers" that can disrupt pH balance of the skin and cause things like: breakouts, dryness, sensitivity, etc. So if you are struggling with specific skin concerns then it would be in your skins best interest to use higher quality skincare lines- recommended directly by a skincare professional who has done an in person consult on your skin. If your skin is not having issues then keep reading and I'll give you some drug store face wash recommendations that can be good options when on a budget! Keep in mind that anything over the counter is not going to be as "corrective" as products that are sold in medical offices. Since there are SO MANY skincare products sold over the counter I am just focusing on facial cleansers today since I think thats one good thing you can get from a drug store, if you are wanting to cut costs on your skincare product expenses!
