Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, with exceptions during weekends and holiday periods. Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email. Orders received over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policies below for online purchases.

Items purchased on sale or using a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.

ONLINE PURCHASES
You may return any item purchased at full price in new or gently used condition for store credit within 30 days of delivery, by mail. There is a $9.95 processing fee on all returns. Items purchased on sale or using a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at hello@barefaced.com with your order number, the item being returned and reason for return.

We do not currently offer exchanges.

GIFT CARD PURCHASES
No refunds are permitted. The value of any lost, damaged or stolen gift card will not be replaced.

My package is lost, what do I do?

We are so sorry your package was lost by the shipping carrier. First: Contact your local post office to check on the shipment. For more information about recovering your lost package, contact us at hello@barefaced.com
 

What is the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder. For more information please view our Delivery & Return page.

My product arrived defective or leaking. What do I do?

We are so sorry that your package was mishandled by the shipping carrier. Damages must be reported to hello@barefaced.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
 

What if I placed an order and need to cancel it right away?

You must email hello@barefaced.com within one hour of purchase to cancel an order. Since we are set up to ship orders ASAP to please our customers, you must cancel an order within one hour of purchase to guarantee it is not fulfilled.

 

What if I want to return my purchase?

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept overseas purchases. Currently, we only ship within the Continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska).

The tracking on my package says delivered but I never received the package. What do I do?

We are so sorry your package was lost/incorrectly delivered by the shipping carrier. First: Contact your local post office to check on the shipment. Allow up to 2 weeks for package to arrive once you have reported the missing package to the shipping carrier.
